These Zucchini burgers are delicious. The recipe may seem a little complicated but it’s really not. Most of the work is done by the food processor. Just remember that the key to a good forming burger is to try and dry as much moisture as you can from the shredded zucchini. Enjoy!
This Red Lentil and Sweet Potato Soup is a super tasty and super easy soup. If you love ginger you may want to add more. This is a kid friendly soup too. I had no trouble getting my two picky eaters to eat this soup.
We’ve all had vegan pizza’s before but this is a very unusual vegan pizza. The crust is made mostly from cauliflower. This was our first time making this and we loved it! I came across this little vegan restaurant in Guatemala as I was going through my pictures from our recent trip.
