Hello everyone. I didn’t want my first recipe posting to be quite so complicated but this is what I had already planned for dinner. Although this seems complicated, it’s really not. There just happens to be a lot of spices that give it the Vietnamese flair. The nice thing about many Asian soups is that you get to eat both cooked and raw vegetables. I’m sure you have been wondering why I haven’t posted lately. A lot of things have changed in my life. First, I graduated from the University of Southern California.
After some soul searching on what I wanted to do, I decided to see the world. I don’t just want to see it as a tourist, but rather experience each country I visit as the locals do. I plan to live out of my suitcase for a while. I will look for work in each country I visit in order to fund my travels. Read more

School is slowly coming to an end. Honestly, it couldn’t come fast enough since when I graduate I will be packing my stuff up and moving over to China! But for now, I am caught between day dreaming about hanging with pandas and scrambling to finish my essay for my writing class.
I have been going crazy since doing this raw food challenge! (A good kind of crazy, don’t worry!) Using a food processor makes recipes so much easier. Although I am lucky enough to be able to borrow my parent’s processor, when the time comes to give it back I will definitely be purchasing my own.
