Zucchini BurgersThese Zucchini burgers are delicious.  The recipe may seem a little complicated but it’s really not.  Most of the work is done by the food processor.  Just remember that the key to a good forming burger is to try and dry as much moisture as you can from the shredded zucchini.  Enjoy!
