Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo CauliflowerBuffalo Cauliflower is great for those vegans that miss hot wings, this is a great alternative.  This is a great appetizer but can be an entree if served with a salad.  Note that this is made with chickpea flour so it’s gluten free!


  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Hot sauce


Directbuffalo cauliflowerions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Cut cauliflower into bite size chunks
  • Combine all the ingredients with 1 tbsp. of hot sauce into a bowl
  • Mix until lumps are gone
  • Dip the cauliflower Buffalo Cauliflower 2into the batter and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fork tender
  • Remove and drizzle with more hot sauce depending on how hot you prefer
  • Serve with your favorite wing dipping vegan dressing
