My friend and I decided to do a two week raw cleanse/challenge/whatever you want to call it. For the challenge, I decided to borrow my parent’s food processor. I figured, unless I want to eat a lot of salads and smoothies, I need a food processor for this challenge. Plus, this means that I get to come up with some creative recipes! Basically.. I am really excited!

This week I celebrated my 22nd birthday! I am lucky enough to have two vegan parents so for my birthday I had a HUGE pan of roasted brussel sprouts and a salad. My absolute favorite veggie is brussel sprouts. Plus my mom somehow makes them taste amazing with absolutely no oil! It’s crazy!
I have some exciting news.. I recently bought a new camera and these are the first pictures I took with it! Get ready for even more delectable photos of my recipes 🙂 I am excited to perfect my craft for you guys!
