Vegan Stuffed Peppers are a favorite in our family. Many people shy away from peppers but using red, orange and yellow instead of green makes a big different in taste. They come out much sweeter than bitter. Our friend’s kids even liked these.

The Bean Flour Burrito is a delicious dish that is fairly simple to make. Have you ever had a craving for a burrito but didn’t want the processed flour tortilla or maybe you’re gluten sensitive. Well, this is a healthy way to curb that carbohydrate craving. What amazed me most was how easy it was to make the bean flour and how well it worked. These Zucchini burgers are delicious. The recipe may seem a little complicated but it’s really not. Most of the work is done by the food processor. Just remember that the key to a good forming burger is to try and dry as much moisture as you can from the shredded zucchini. Enjoy!
This Red Lentil and Sweet Potato Soup is a super tasty and super easy soup. If you love ginger you may want to add more. This is a kid friendly soup too. I had no trouble getting my two picky eaters to eat this soup.
We’ve all had vegan pizza’s before but this is a very unusual vegan pizza. The crust is made mostly from cauliflower. This was our first time making this and we loved it! I’m sad to say that I didn’t make up this recipe but rather got the crust recipe from Naked Food Magazine. This recipe makes enough for 2 people. Read more
