I am a huge fan of fries (especially dipped in ketchup) but most of the fries you find are full of grease and really not healthy in any sense. Making your own fries allows you to control the amount of oil used plus, you don’t even have to fry them! Baking them cuts out so many calories and, in my opinion, they taste so much better!

I am so excited Fall is here! I love the cooler weather but more importantly I love the FOODS that come into season during this time of year. So basically.. get ready for LOTS of pumpkin recipes! That is my favorite ingredient by far!
