I’m sure you have been wondering why I haven’t posted lately. A lot of things have changed in my life. First, I graduated from the University of Southern California.
After some soul searching on what I wanted to do, I decided to see the world. I don’t just want to see it as a tourist, but rather experience each country I visit as the locals do. I plan to live out of my suitcase for a while. I will look for work in each country I visit in order to fund my travels.
Right now, I’m living in Chengdu, China. I’m doing some teaching of English and modeling. So given this lifestyle, it turned out to be too hard to keep up with my Simply Vegan Living website. What I decided to do is turn over my website to my mom. Both her and my dad have been vegans for many years. My mom is a traditional naturopath, nutritionist and vegan. She will take over for me and post great vegan recipes and articles.
My mom’s name is Dr. Tina Paul.
She is a board certified traditional naturopathic doctor. She is also certified in plant based nutrition through Cornell University. She has a wellness center practice in Sierra Madre CA call Vibrant Living Wellness Center, that focuses on nutrition. She helps people get well and stay well without the use of drugs or surgeries. She believes in a lifestyle that includes movement and eating nutrient rich foods to achieve or restore the body to excellent health. Most importantly she is passionate about health. She reminds me to think about the future because how we eat and live today will have a direct impact on how we live in the future. We all will grow old someday, but we don’t have to lose our health or our vitality because of it.
Watch for her posts, I am sure you will enjoy them. I haven’t completely left blogging. I’ve started a new website that not only talks about food but also about travel. It’s called Mind Body and Travel. Check out my site and sign up for emails when I post new articles. It’s called Mind Body and Travel.
I’m sure you’ll see a few guest posts here from time to time. I know I’m leaving you in good hands. I’ve enjoyed being part of this website and contributing to a harmonious and healthy world.
Take care! KirstieShare this post -
