This creamy tahini dressing is one that I always keep in my fridge! Perfect for salads, roasted vegetables, and dipping veggies in. This recipe is extremely simple to make and great to have on hand at all times to add some flavor to your vegetables.
Tahini is made from sesame seeds. It is basically sesame seed butter. That means it is gluten, soy, and sugar free! Perfect for people with allergies which is great since it can be hard to avoid these allergies when you are looking for vegan dressings! Plus, tahini is rich in calcium!
1/2 cup Tahini
Juice from one small Lemon
2 cloves of Garlic
3 tbsp Non-dairy Milk
4 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together on high for about a minute.
3. If the mixture is too thick, add more water.
4. Store the dressing in the fridge and enjoy!
