Coconut Fudge

1This is by far one of the easiest recipes I have ever made! I love keeping a batch of these pre-made in the freezer to grab whenever my sweet tooth starts acting up. They literally melt in your mouth and are quite addictive!

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple extract (optional)

 

  1. Melt Coconut Butter in a saucepan. Make sure not to let the coconut butter burn because it burns very easily.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Pour into a plastic or other storage container.
  4. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!

    Is coconut butter the same as coconut oil?

      No, coconut butter is much thicker and includes coconut meat. Coconut oil isn’t able to harden like coconut butter. If you used oil, the fudge would never set.

    Coconut oil sets in room- cold temp just like chocolate blocks.
