Simple Banana Oat Bars

Simple banana oat bars are just that, simple to make.  This is a great snack to have on hand when you want something a little sweet and starchy.  You can substitute many of the ingredients below for your favorites.  Substitute nut type or raisins/apples for other fruits.

 

Ingredientsoat bars

2 c oats
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
8-10 drops of liquid stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
2 bananasoat-2 oat-3
1 1/2 cup apple
2 T ground flaxseed

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well
Form into a baking pan and press down
Bake at 350 until mixture dries out some (about 30 oat-4 oat-5mins)

Let cool then cut into squares and serve
