Vegan Frozen Delites

These delicious healthy frozen delites are great to serve at parties or to always have made up in your freezer for when you want a little something sweet.

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup grape nuts like cereal
  • 2 level measures of KAL stevia



  • Blend in a food processor all but the oats and cereal
  • Transfer to a bowl
  • Add oats and mix well
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Form a heaping teaspoon of mixture into a ball like shape.  Note that these will be wetter than you think they should be.
  • Drop into the grapenuts and cover with cereal
  • Place on parchment paper
  • Freeze for at least an hour
  • Serve slightly thawed (10 minutes out of freezer)



Add 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract to batter for mint chocolate delites
