Buffalo Cauliflower is great for those vegans that miss hot wings, this is a great alternative.  This is a great appetizer but can be an entree if served with a salad.  Note that this is made with chickpea flour so it's gluten free!

Instructions
  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite size chunks
  3. Combine all the ingredients into a bowlbuffalo cauliflower
  4. Mix until lumps are gone
  5. Dip the cauliflower into the batter and place on cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fork tender
  7. Remove and drizzle with more hot sauce depending on how hot you prefer
  8. Serve with your favorite wing dipping vegan dressing
Recipe Notes

Chickpea flour is simple to make.  Just put dried chickpeas in a high-speed blender and blend until it's a powder.
