Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (or as much as you think you can eat)
  • 8 strawberries (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (might need more if you like it sweeter)
  • 1 cup almond milk (can use any kind of nut milk and should cover the oats)

  • 1 cup rolled oats (or as much as you think you can eat)

Instructions
  1. Chop the strawberries into mini bitesize pieces
  2. Put the oats and milk into some kind of glass (mason jar)
  3. Add the syrup and diced strawberries and stir
  4. Cover and put in the refrigerator over night
  5. In the morning, stir and eat! The oats soak up the milk and sweetener. This makes for a nice sooth cereal.
Recipe Notes

The nice thing about this simple breakfast is that you can use any kind of fruit you have on hand. You can also change up the sweetener and use stevia, coconut sugar, agave, etc...
