These are awesome as a side dish, appetizer or for snacking.  They are good hot, cold or room temperature.   This is a nice, healthy low calorie snack.  And they are heart healthy because they are prepared with no oil.

Instructions
  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes
  2. Place potatoes in a zip lock bag with 1/8th a cup of water
  3. Zip the bag and shake to coat all the potatoes
  4. Open bag and put in the crushed rosemary and Italian seasoning
  5. Zip the bag and shake to coat evening
  6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (parchment paper is important since we are using no oil)
  7. Empty contents of bag onto parchment paper and spread evenly
  8. Roast in oven at 400 degrees until they are soft and lightly browned
  9. Turn the potatoes a few times while roasting
